Depending on the size of your items, we will ship your products via a freight carrier. We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
We do NOT ship to Alaska, and Hawaii.
Upon receiving your Lone Star Chairs, you have 15 days to try it out. If you're unhappy with the purchase, please let us know. If we can’t fix the issue, we'll arrange to have it shipped back to us and once received, we'll refund you in full. If you want to return it after 15 days, and before 100 days, you can still return it but you will pay for and handle shipping it back to us. Once received in like-new condition, we'll refund the order in full.
Canceling an Order
We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order. If an item shipped within that period of the first 24 hours, you will be responsible for paying a the shipping cost to you, and the return shipment fee as well. If an item is out of stock and needs to be made special for the order, the order can't be cancelled after confirmation. Please note the timing to finish the piece is an estimate and is subject to change.
ZA Global. warrants Lone Star Chairs products to the original purchaser that the products sold shall be free from substantial defects in original material and workmanship under normal use in standard office conditions for the period listed below.
Seating is 2 years from date of purchase. Please contact customer service for the specific models. All usage based on a standard 40 hour work week.
Upholstery materials and foam for all chairs are warranted against unusual wear and deterioration for 2 years.
Normal wear and tear, which are to be expected over the course of ownership.
Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by ZA Global.
Products that were not installed, used or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.
Products used for rental purposes.
